What your
allowance means.
- Seven days, after business approval.
- Register and complete your business application first. Approval starts the trial. The trial allows 500 stored contacts, 3,000 emails total across the full seven days and one user, with a 100-email daily limit. It is one trial per account, for your first business.
- A total trial allowance.
- Campaigns, test emails and event emails all count toward the trial's 3,000 emails. The allowance does not reset at a calendar-month boundary. For example, three campaigns to 500 recipients use 1,500 emails.
- Paid-plan emails and contacts are different.
- A monthly email allowance covers messages sent. Stored-contact capacity is the number of contacts you can keep. Sending three campaigns to 1,000 recipients uses 3,000 emails.
- Sending starts with checks.
- Your business needs approval and your sending domain needs verification. Each campaign needs a current review; automated checks may approve it or refer it for review. Opening an account does not permit sending.
- Your plan, with clear pacing.
- Assigned hourly and daily limits pace delivery within your allowance. Sending remains subject to consent, account status and delivery safeguards.
- Events and services have their own scope.
- Event access, managed event work, advertising and strategy are agreed separately. Payment processing and provider advertising spend are separate from your email platform plan. Paid tickets require an enabled provider and your organiser payment connection.
