1. Who we are
Consent Mails (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an online marketing and advertising services business. This policy applies to consentmails.com and to information you share with us through the website or by email.
2. Contact-form information
When you submit our contact form, we collect the full name, business email, service selection, project details, and privacy acknowledgement you provide. You may also choose to provide a company name and project range. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
3. Why we use it
We use inquiry information to review your request, determine whether our services may be a suitable fit, reply to you, maintain necessary business records, protect the form from abuse, and meet legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a promotional mailing list.
4. Email delivery and service providers
The form sends a plain-text notification through the SMTP email-delivery provider configured on our server. That provider processes the message to deliver it to our fixed business inbox. Our web-hosting provider also processes limited technical data required to serve and secure the website.
5. Abuse prevention and technical data
The form uses a hidden spam field, a short form-age check, request-size limits, origin checks, and per-IP rate limiting. Our server may process an IP address, request time, and a randomly generated request identifier to operate and protect the form. Application error logs are designed not to contain the personal content of your inquiry or provider credentials.
When you view plan prices, our pricing service estimates your country from the request IP address using a locally hosted country database. It uses that estimate to suggest a display currency. Your browser contacts our pricing service on app.consentmails.com; we do not send your IP address to an external geolocation lookup for this feature. Country detection is a best guess and does not verify your residence or billing details.
6. Browser preferences, cookies and analytics
If you choose a currency, we save that currency code in your browser’s local storage so your choice can be used on later page visits. Choose Auto in the price selector to clear this preference and use country detection again. If your browser blocks storage, you can still choose a currency for the current page. This preference does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Essential infrastructure may create technical logs needed to operate and secure the site.
Our first-party website analytics counts page views and selected actions, such as opening help, choosing a currency or completing an inquiry. It records only a known page, action category, screen-size category and aggregate count. It does not send or retain visitor IDs, IP addresses, emails, form contents, referrers, query strings or fragments in these analytics records. We honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Aggregate activity is kept for up to 90 days; analytics does not identify individual visitors.
7. Sharing
We may share information with providers that host the site or deliver the inquiry email, and with professional advisers where reasonably necessary. We may disclose information where required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or service integrity. We do not sell personal information or authorize providers to use inquiry information for unrelated marketing.
8. Retention and security
We retain inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a possible business relationship, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Retention can vary with the inquiry and any resulting relationship. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
You may choose to email us instead of using the form. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information. Email contact@consentmails.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your request.
10. Children
The website is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

Links to third-party websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.
